Conventions and Group Functions

You will need the following information to book nannies for Conventions and/or
Group Functions such as Family Reunions, Weddings, Birthday Parties, etc.

1. The name of the Hotel/Resort where the event will be held
2. The name of the Event
3. The name of the Group Coordinator along with contact information
4. The amount of children needing childcare along with their ages
5. Where the children will be located during the event.
For example: Inside in a Hotel Room, or possibly outside in
a designated area. If outside will the designated area be contained?
6. Will there be appropriate facilities such as available restrooms, etc.
